Code Of Conduct

Collector Con is dedicated to providing a safe place where fans can celebrate fandom to its fullest. Safety, security, and an open, inclusive, respectful environment with zero tolerance for misbehavior are fundamental to the show. We do not tolerate violence, mistreatment, or any type of harassment towards staff, exhibitors, guests, or attendees at any of our events. If you feel your or others' safety is in question, please report directly to security on-site.


The following actions will result in a WARNING and/or IMMEDIATE EJECTION from the event: 
Offensive or abusive language Obscene or offensive gestures, including the use of offensive imagery and symbolism on banners, signs, and other visual tools.
Engaging in activities that are insulting or harmful to oneself and/or fellow attendees 
Violence or engaging in any harmful behavior towards oneself or others Damage, destruction, vandalism, or theft of any property.
Disrespecting or damaging the convention grounds. 
The Possession of Alcohol. 
Sale & Consumption of illegal substances.
Unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Creating potential fire risks. 

Smoking or Vaping in a non-designated smoking area.

Disregarding  the event space's rules & Posted signage.

Disregarding the Costume & Prop Policy


Any individual who violates this Code of Conduct may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the convention grounds and have their access privileges revoked, without refund. Law enforcement may be notified. Please contact collectorcon@gmail.com if you believe you have witnessed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, and Collector Con will assess the situation and respond promptly. Please note that notifying Collector Con does not replace a notification to local law enforcement.

Waiver and Release
1. BACKGROUND
By attending this event, I the attendee(s) (the Releasor(s)) hereby execute this Waiver and
agree to release Collector Con (‘The Releasee’) as per the following:
2. NATURE OF ACTIVITY
I, the Releasor, wish to participate in the following activity, to take place on June 13th-14th 2025,
and acknowledge that I am of the legal age required to do so.

3.WAIVER
I, the Releasor, hereby waive, release and discharge the Releasee (who runs / owns / operates
this activity) and his or her heirs, legal representatives, administrators, and executors for all
liability for or by reason of any damage, loss or injury (including death) to myself or my property
which has been or may be sustained as a result of my participation in the activity, and
notwithstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the
Releasee’s negligence.
4. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I, the Releasor, hereby acknowledge the following:
A. I have read this Release thoroughly and I fully understand it.
B. I am voluntarily executing this Release, and would not otherwise be permitted to
participate in this activity.
C. This Release restricts me from suing or otherwise claiming against the Releasee,
presently or at any future time, for damage, loss, or injury that may occur to myself or my
property as a result of participating in this activity.
D. If I, the Releasor, violates the Code of Conduct, I may be IMMEDIATELY removed from
the convention grounds and have access privileges revoked, without refund. Law
enforcement may be notified.
E. Near the stage, during programming, live streaming may occur. These sections will be
clearly marked. By entering these sections, I, the Releasor, consent to being on a live
stream broadcast.
F. If this ticket is sold, the original ticket holder is responsible to ensure the purchaser is
aware of this agreement they are now under. Failure to do so does not null this
agreement.
5. TO:
True Sound Charity Association, and their respective directors, officers, employees, instructors,
guides, agents, representatives, independent contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, hosts,
volunteers, successors and assigns (all of whom are herein referred to as “Releasees”).
