After an amazing first year, we're back and bigger than ever for the second year of Collector Con! Mark your calendars for June 13th & 14thd as we return to the Cloverdale Fairgrounds for another epic event that brings together collectors, cosplayers, and fans alike. Last year, we kicked off Collector Con with a mission to unite the nerd and collector in all of us, and we're thrilled to continue building this community. SARAHTONIN
Meet SarahTonin, a force to be reckoned with in the world of gaming, cosplay, and streaming. With a boundless passion for pop culture, she's not just a gamer, but also a talented cosplayer and captivating streamer. Having lent her expertise to various comic- cons across BC over the years, she's now taken the bold step of founding her own event, Collector Con, bringing the magic of conventions closer to home.
Sarahtonin's cosplay game is unparalleled. At comic cons, she effortlessly transforms herself into three or more characters in a single day, leaving attendees awestruck by her meticulous attention to detail and creativity. As a proud member of the Misfits cosplayers group (formally known as the RWBY BC Cosplayers), she thrives on collaborative creativity, embodying characters from beloved franchises and niche ones.
Beyond her stunning cosplays, SarahTonin is known for her altruistic spirit. Hosting cape-making workshops, she imparts her skills and knowledge to eager enthusiasts, fostering a sense of community and empowering others to bring their favorite characters to life. In her presence, conventions come alive with the SarahTonin spirit, leaving an indelible mark on all who cross her path.
ETHANRJOURNEY
Ethan, a true Renaissance spirit, blazes his trail through entrepreneurship, cosplay, and entertainment spheres. The mastermind behind True Sound events, he curates experiences that resonate. With a record label, radio station, and non-profit under his belt, his canvas is as diverse as his vision.
But Ethan's palette doesn't end there. A collector at heart, he cherishes sports cards and curiosities. Dopeamine, as he's fondly known, partners with SarahTonin to sow joy and affection, crafting a legacy of positivity.
Yet, Ethan's narrative unfolds beyond conventions. A music festival enthusiast and more, he grafts his nightlife finesse onto a new venture - Collector Con. This comic con concept, an amalgamation of his event expertise and family-friendly aspirations, promises a tapestry of enchantment for all generations.
